Izu City Tokyo Olympics / Para-bicycle competition debriefing session (Shizuoka Prefecture)

A debriefing session was held on January 9th at the Izu Velodrome to honor the athletes who played an active part in the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic cycling competitions.
