Chase DeLauter, who hit four home runs in his first three regular-season games, left the Guardians’ 4-1 loss to the Dodgers with a bruised left foot in the first inning.
He fouled a Shohei Ohtani pitch off his foot and then limped down the first-base line after grounding out to first.
