Former Organizing Committee director Haruyuki Takahashi (78) and his acquaintance Kazumasa Fukami (73) received a request from “KADOKAWA” to be selected as a sponsor of the Tokyo Olympics, and received about 76 million yen. He was arrested by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office on suspicion of receiving bribes.
