Japan’s largest domestic wagyu fair, held once every five years, has started in Kagoshima. The National Wagyu Talent Exhibition, held once every five years, is also called the “Wagyu Olympics.” At the tournament that opened today in Kagoshima, a record 440 horses were exhibited from 41 prefectures. At the opening ceremony, representatives of the exhibitors expressed their determination.
