The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office and the Japan Fair Trade Commission have launched a compulsory investigation into advertising giant Dentsu on suspicion of collusion during the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics test competition. The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office and the Japan Fair Trade Commission are jointly searching Dentsu’s headquarters in Minato-ku, Tokyo. According to people involved, in the bidding to outsource the planning work for the “test tournament” of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, nine companies including “Dentsu” and one organization won the bid for a total of more than 500 million yen. There is a suspicion that it was prearranged. There is also a suspicion that officials of the organizing committee listened to the intentions of the vendors before the bidding, and the Special Investigation Department and the Fair Trade Commission are expected to proceed with the investigation on suspicion of violating the Antimonopoly Act. ▼TBS NEWS DIG official website https://newsdig.tbs.co.jp/ ▼Please subscribe to the channel! http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6AG81pAkf6Lbi_1VC5NmPA?sub_confirmation=1 ▼Provide information here “TBS Insiders” https://www.tbs.co.jp/news_sp/tbs-insiders.html ▼Provide video Click here for “TBS Scoop Post” https://www.tbs.co.jp/news_sp/toukou.html
