Table Tennis
MA Long, wins his second consecutive Olympic gold in men’s individual table tennis making history. MA Long of the People’s Republic of China confirmed his status as one of table tennis greats with consecutive men’s individual Olympic titles, beating compatriot FAN Zhendong 4-2 (11-4, 10-12, 11-8, 11- 9, 3-11, 11-7). It is the fourth consecutive Olympiad in which PR China has claimed the top two steps of the podium in the men’s individual event.
