He started playing golf at the age of 15. After training as a professional trainee at Kanto International Country Club, he went to the United States to study golf. During his golf study abroad in the United States, he attended the California Azmedia Pro Golf School and learned the latest swing, clubs, training, and mental theories. After that, he competed in the California Pro Tour. As a player, he was able to gain a variety of experiences. After returning to Japan, he became an apprentice to a famous club craftsman and learned fitting theory and craft techniques. He then started his career as a golf coach, making full use of the golf theory and experience he learned in the United States as a player, and the knowledge and skills he cultivated in Japan in handling golf clubs.
