Japan women’s softball coach Reika Utsugi, coach Noriko Yamaji (Taiyo Yuden), Yukiko Ueno (Big Camera Takasaki), Nodoka Harada (Dielectric) and other players and staff who won the second gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics this summer for the first time in 13 years. On September 22, 13 prefectural members and Yutaka Miyake, chairman of the Japan Association (from Niijima Gakuen High School), visited the Ueno Shimbun in Maebashi City and reported their activities to President Mitsuru Uchiyama.
