Para Swimmer Nicole Turner has emphasised the importance of the support she has received throughout her career from her family, friends and coaches, who have motivated her to pursue the sports career she initially didn’t see her own potential in.
Turner says 2024 is her tenth year in competitive Para swimming. Including Paris 2024, she will have participated in three Paralympic Games by the age of 22. She won a silver medal at Tokyo 2020.
She feels that Para Swimming has changed her life so much, all for the better.
