The 17th Summer Paralympics in Paris came to a close on the night of the 8th (early morning of the 9th Japan time) after a 12-day schedule. The closing ceremony was held at 8:30 pm at the French Stadium in Saint-Denis, a suburb of Paris, and the flag bearers marched in the rain. Japan won a total of 41 medals: 14 gold, 10 silver, and 17 bronze.
