From 4 to 20 February, the XXIV Winter Olympic Games will be held in Beijing – just over two months left!
President of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) Stanislav Pozdnyakov spoke about the vaccination of Russian athletes before the 2022 Olympics in Beijing.
“A very important issue is the issue of vaccination. It is essential for all participants in the Olympic Games.
Those who are not vaccinated will be offered a 21-day quarantine. Federations are preparing documents for those who have a medical lead.
The issue of vaccination of underage athletes is important. The IOC confirmed that our athletes will not be quarantined, since it is forbidden to vaccinate minors in our country.
We will have seven such skaters – three skaters.
