Wataru Endo links up with ex Liverpool ‘amigo’ on other side of the world

The Spaniard has spent this season at Real Betis and featured against Chelsea in the Europa Conference League final last month.

With the goalkeeper now also taking a break this summer, he recently posted a picture to his Instagram story of himself alongside Endo while on holiday, describing the pair as “Football amigos”.

Responding to that, the Liverpool midfielder shared that post to his own story, along with a caption that read: “Great to see you Amigo. Enjoy the rest of the time in Japan”.
