Yuto Horigome began skating at Tokyo’s Amazing Square Murasaki Skatepark when he was seven years old. He learned to skate from his father, who is a former street skateboarder. Japan’s Yuto Horigome has won the inaugural men’s street skateboarding event at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
