Before kickoff, I had the amazing opportunity to help with the incredible Mitoma tifo that stretched right across the North Stand – a surreal moment to be a part of! The Amex was absolutely buzzing as the teams came out, and the Seagulls delivered a proper performance.
Danny Welbeck put Brighton ahead just before halftime with a tidy finish, but Newcastle equalised in the second half. Still, the drama wasn’t done – Welbeck struck again late on to seal a 2-1 win, sending the home fans into absolute limbs! 💙🤍
Massive respect to Newcastle fans too – some of the best supporters in the Premier League.
