The Olympic and Paralympic Games have produced numerous dramas. Behind the scenes of the Tokyo 2020 Games, there were people working hard day and night. Kazuna Takada, a member of the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee, is in charge of work related to the field cast (tournament volunteers), who are an important part of supporting the Games, and also serves as the PEM (People Management) manager, who is responsible for human resources management during the actual Games.
