Japan boss Hajime Moriyasu hits 100-match milestone as Japan face Bolivia in Tokyo

Japan head coach Hajime Moriyasu will celebrate his 100th international match in charge when they meet Bolivia in a friendly in Tokyo.

The milestone comes as Japan ride momentum from their historic 3-2 win over Brazil last month – the first in team history.

“I feel truly grateful to the players and staff for providing such fulfilling times and the opportunity to compete in matches,” Moriyasu said. “Looking ahead, including tomorrow’s match against Bolivia, I will continue working towards victory in every single game.”
