A very bitter end for ski freestyler Tim Hronek: The German is competing in the ski cross semi-finals and has hopes of the final and a chance of winning a medal. But then the Swiss Ryan Regez blocks Hronek illegally during his overtaking maneuver – all chances are gone for the German. The Japanese Satoshi Furuno takes the chance and goes past, Regez is subsequently punished, but Hronek only moves up to third place. In the small final, the German then took 6th place.
