He transferred to Kashiwa Reysol in 2010 and won the J1 championship in 2011. After that, he played for Montedio Yamagata, Mito HolyHock, Tokyo V again, FC Machida Zelvia, and Thespa Kusatsu Gunma, and retired in 2020. Appeared in a total of 300 games in the J League, scoring 67 points. Since his playing days, he has been known as an expert on overseas soccer, and has made numerous media appearances. Currently, he is active as a top runner, commentating widely from the Premier League to the J League.
