GLASNER, KAMADA: “WE ARE NOT HERE TO DEFEND ANYTHING!” 😤 Fiorentina v Crystal Palace

Pre-match press conference with Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner and midfielder Daichi Kamada ahead of Crystal Palace’s UEFA Conference League quarter-final second leg against Fiorentina at Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence.

Palace travel to Italy with a 3-0 lead from the first leg at Selhurst Park.

Glasner confirms Evann Guessand is out for a few weeks with a knee injury and says Eddie Nketiah remains out for the rest of the season, while the rest of the players involved in the first leg have travelled. He says Palace are going to Florence to win rather than defend, expects Fiorentina to be more aggressive, and discusses the attacking options of Jean-Philippe Mateta and Jorgen Strand Larsen.

Kamada also speaks about Palace’s European run, praises Glasner’s tournament tactics, and says he has not decided anything about his future as he focuses on every Palace game.
