The Nashville SC Training Center is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in June 2023. In addition to two natural grass pitches, there is also a gym, pool, sauna, and medical room. The players’ lockers, which were opened to the public, were decorated with special specifications, and each player’s name and uniform number were displayed. In addition to the lockers of forward Takumi Minamino (Monaco) and defender Maya Yoshida (Galaxy SC), who accompany the team, there is also the locker of midfielder Wataru Endo (Liverpool), who was sidelined with an injury. This locker is currently being used by FW Shuto Machino (Borussia MG), who was called up to replace Endo and took over the number 6 jersey. After the decorations ordered for Machino arrive, Machino’s locker will be built next to Shiogai, number 26, and Endo’s locker will remain as is. The Japanese national team plans to use this facility until two days before the first round of the final tournament.
