When asked about approaching the milestone, Roberts admitted it’s impossible to ignore but emphasized his focus remains on winning each day.
“I’m not chasing wins. I’m chasing having great relationships with my players.”
Roberts also shared that a recent conversation with Jim Harbaugh reinforced his philosophy that the greatest accomplishment for any coach is becoming the best coach their players have ever had.
