Olympian LaMont Smith at the 2022 AAU Junior Olympic Games

LaMont Smith began running track with AAU as a kid. He went on to win a gold medal in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta with the United States’ 4×400 meter relay team. Now he is back at the AAU Junior Olympics to share his knowledge.
