Here we have the replay of the men’s 200m Butterfly event at the 1972 Munich Olympics. The clear winner was Mark Spitz of the U.S. in 2:00.70, with his compatriots Gary Jr. Hall in second and Robin James Backhaus in third completing the podium. The sport had a top level even then!
