I did only the high jump for 15 years from the first year of junior high school. When I made the decision to quit, it happened so quickly, but I have spent more than half of my life on track and field. It’s my life. I am proud of this life. It’s not the same as having no regrets. But we did it! It was a competitive life that can be said. In junior high school, I learned how difficult it is to regain people’s trust. The turning point was high school. In college, I learned about triumphs and setbacks. In graduate school, I learned about humanity and the power of a team. I found out that the obvious is not obvious in society. Through track and field, I really learned a lot. I was fascinated by the fun of sports, and learned the reality that the results are not proportional to the time spent. I often quarreled with my friends. It has a positive connotation of aiming for a better team. I consider myself very lucky. My parents always supported me, and my coaches helped me grow. My friends gave me stimulation and sometimes reassurance. For me now, I don’t care so much about the result. That is the past that cannot be changed, and we have no choice but to move forward. That’s why I wanted to cherish the process from the bottom of my heart. The importance of effort, the importance of continuation, and the importance of thinking will be my greatest weapon in the future. And from now on, we will advance on a new path with the weapons we have cultivated on land. What I say may not be understood by everyone. However, I would be happy if the excitement of sports that I saw and felt first-hand could be conveyed not in words, but as the same experience. It may be decades before we can do that. Maybe my life just isn’t enough. Still, I believe that if I can find like-minded people and connect my thoughts, I will be able to achieve it someday. For the remaining 70 years, I will continue to think about what I can do and what I should do to help the world move forward in a better direction. I don’t ask for answers I won’t stop walking I will continue to do the best that I can at that time. Connect this thought to your future self. Let’s do our best. good work. ————————————————– ————————————————– — On Instagram, I post about high jumps every day!
