USA Women 4x100m Heats 1 World Athletics Relays Bahamas 2024 Paris Olympic Qualifying

Team USA set sail and never looked back for a dominant victory in the 4x100m heat during Day 1 of the World Athletic Relays in the Bahamas.

The USA women’s team of Tamari Davis, Gabby Thomas, Celera Barnes, and Melissa Jefferson dominated their heat in 42.21. France secured the second qualification spot in 43.09. Poland (42.81) and Germany (42.72) won their heats, while Australia set an Oceanian record of 42.83.

Day two promises more thrilling action as teams vie for the remaining Olympic qualification spots. Teams like Jamaica, Great Britain, and The Bahamas will be seeking redemption and qualification in round two.
