Shohei Ohtani put on an absolute show during a rare on-field batting practice session before the Dodgers-Giants opener at Dodger Stadium. Ohtani launched multiple towering home runs deep into the pavilions, including one that appeared to completely leave Dodger Stadium in nearly the exact same spot as his iconic NLCS Game 4 homer last postseason. This was only the third time this season Ohtani has taken batting practice on the field at Dodger Stadium. Highlights from the included session: Multiple home runs halfway up the pavilions A blast over the right field pavilion roof A no-doubt shot that appeared to leave Dodger Stadium A full bird’s-eye view of the entire BP session Fans reacting throughout the stadium The Dodgers superstar looked completely locked in before the series opener against San Francisco. There was a huge home run that went over the top of the right field pavilion, and an off-field bullet that hit almost the same spot as the home run in Game 4 of the NLCS last year. This is only the third BP on the field this season. We will deliver a bird’s-eye view of Shohei Otani’s spectacular batting.
