Shohei Ohtani hit a home run on June 20, the day after missing a game for the birth of his second child.

The Dodgers superstar became the 30th player to homer in their first game back after a paternity break since 2011, a phenomena that been labeled “Dad Strength.”

The A’s’ Shea Langelier’s had the season other “Dad Strength” home run on May 7.

Bryce Harper is the only player among the 30 who has done it twice.

Speaking of, the dad of four celebrated on the eve of Father’s Day by hitting his first professional cycle.

Teammate Kyle Schwarber, also a father, hit 3 home runs in the game, as the duo became only the second in the history of the MLB to hit a cycle and 3 or more homers in a single game.
