3:00 a.m. Marienplatz Munich. 07:43 a.m. Zugspitze summit. In between: 4 hours, 43 minutes and 46 seconds, 115 kilometers and 3,036 meters in altitude. Anton Palzer combines his two passions — racing bike and mountain running — in a single morning. From Munich’s Marienplatz by bike through the night to Garmisch, then on foot via the Reintal route to the highest point in Germany. Already. #goschnpolern #antonpalzer 👤 About me: I am Anton “Doni” Palzer from Berchtesgadener Land – born in the mountains, grew up with the inner drive to push every line to the limit. I used to fight for titles and podium places in ski mountaineering, and later on the road as a professional cyclist in the international peloton. Today I live both worlds: long days in the mountains, skimo in winter, full throttle on the bike in summer. For me, mountain sports don’t just mean freedom and nature, but “real” sport – competing hard against the best, enduring pain and constantly pushing your own limits. 📱 More from me: https://www.instagram.com/antonpalzer/ 🎥 Filmed with the permission of the property owners Bayerische Staatsforsten and Zugspitzbahn.
