Chinese sport shooter Yang Qian began practising shooting in 2011 and started competing in 2012. She was selected to train with the shooting team of Ningbo Sports School under coach Yu Lihua during her fourth year at primary school. At the #Tokyo2020 Summer Olympics, Yang Qian won two gold medals – one in the women’s 10m Air Rifle Women and the other in the 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team.
The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Summer Games took place in Japan, from July 23, 2021 to August 8, 2021.
